I'm an occasional user of the third row, usually it's a last-minute thing and it's a pain to remove the liner I have as you have to take out all second row headrests to release the rings. That's why I was wondering if there is an easier solution.

I have tried using clips to go round the headrest uprights and have a quick release but getting them the right size and ones that don't rattle all the time has proved elusive ...

Hatch bag can be removed in a couple of mins ... You don't have to remove the headrests in the second row Thumbs Up
