Starting Problem

Hi

At my wits end, 2016 Disco 4 not starting. Charge battery fully and then after a couple of starts will not crank.
Replaced battery, starter motor, Brake switch and earth lead from chassis to body.
The only thing i can find that there appears to be a 6amp discharge when ignition off.
Anyone had a similar problem?
