Although I saw what was done, he was not trained enough to go beyond a normal reset. I did make sure the software version was no later than V7, hence I still have my 'bits & pieces'.

I am going in for sofware version v9 tomorrow, it is suposed to still have the preheater! Will report back.... D4 HSE

Now have v9, the only difference noticed sofar is I now have a very pretty diagnostic screen rather than the old DOS looking one, I have not noticed any thing else but the Pre heater menu is still there! D4 HSE

It was white text on black screen, now it is buttons on a grey backround but still cant change anything. D4 HSE

I have also all the time buttons on a grey screen.
But the second diagnostic display shows all the time white letters on a black screen.
