is the clock relocation also part of mod ?
why would they not use actual pics of same car....?
I guess some ppl might want if they are doing the whole D3 to D4 conversion
I don't think anyone is under the impression that these picture aren't genuine. They've been knocked up by the OP to show what he means...clearly

I'd swap back to the stick. So much more intuitive and easy to use than the dial.
Whilst, I've now got used to the dial after 6 months, three things still grate.
1. Switching into Sport Mode. It was soooooooo much easier to just nudge the stick across.
2. Using the paddles off road. I was towing a heavy trailer off road this week for a friend. I was in low range and I needed to use the paddles a lot to. It was a real pain when the steering wasn't straight ahead, I had to glance down to double check where the + & - paddles where.
3. The slight delay in the dial rising up and the fact that I can't leave it in Reverse gear, with the engine off. I have fitted very bright LED reversing bulbs and on my D3 and 2010 used to occasionally use them as work lights. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Have to agree with LT - I keep trying to change SWMBO's knee going around roundabouts!
Yes, I know that you should select the correct gear before entering a roundabout/corner, but there are plenty of occasions where you want to change down/up without kicking down or waiting for the auto to catch up with you to change with variable traffic conditions - not intuitive to do that when the paddles are the wrong way round as you're steering.
Of course, what would be really useful would be a stick & paddles - just like BMW...
