retrofit TV to 3.0 HSE
sooo....this is the scope :
Vehicle: Brand new LR Discovery 4 HSE 3.0 LHD. no tv installed by factory.
Job: what we really want is to add the full feature as if it had been ordered
from factory. nothing more, nothing less.
Componentslist so far:
1 x DVB Tuner with EPG LR010997
4 x Amplifiers
1 x Loom
1 x Coax Cable
1 x FibreOptic Cable
will continue thread as soon as the tuner has landed, expect wednesday

Tv amps are strange ...on the D3 im under the impression that they are all the same x 4 ( one for each corner of the rear side windows )
D4 is showing 3 of one type and 1 of another

dont forget to get in the que for the D4 faultmate MSV2 so you can make your nav screen to this
Interestingly i tuned on the 5 venture cams today with mine as a test for you, all was looking good for fitting.
PS @ Wiggs, you may have found my missing link to the FBH aerial end

I think you have fitted incar loom LR015621 which is LESS TV
You need LR015638 or to make the missing bits onto what you have.
and the front part you have i think is LR015891
and you need i think LR015895 or again ad the missing bits from yours.

the tuner has arrived today, although 1 plug has been mullered in transport
so i will be in touch with nick tomorrow to sort the little loom i need

The double fakra one for the arial that will be .
Is the inside still ok ..as you can get smb connectors that go straight in there ...no need for the green shroudG4 Gone ...but not forgotten
