removed Catalytic Converter 2011 D4

So after a long and expensive journey with Boris the 2011 D4 He has been sold and I am looking to replace (Long story but I lost confidence in him after a torrid last 9 months! and the word "Deathtrap" may of been mentioned in the same sentance as him Sad

Im looking to replace and locally to me a garage has a similar car but with only 70k on the clock - fresh MOT and 12 months Warrantywise bronze warranty (I know they dont cover much but its something!)

Looking back on its MOT history it looks like its had its Catalytic Converters removed - only 1 MOT centre has picked up on this and the limited research I have done this doesnt seem to be a issue with the actual functionality of the car although I do appreciate its illegal!!

Would you guys consider such a car or is it a straight no go?

My last D4 blew both Turbos which was the start of everything going wrong with it and from what I have read havng the Cats removed are actually beneficial to the health of the Turbos?
