Front End Rebuild
Hi All,
Apologies if this has been covered previously but I've recently bought a Discovery 4 SDV6 XS from Copart with front end damage. I've been able to source second hand replacement parts from a breakers and am in the process of repairing the inner wings and chassis body mounts which had received some damage. What I'm hoping someone on this forum can help with is a guide/exploded diagram on how the individual components go back together as there was a lot missing on the vehicle when I collected from Copart and the breakers removed the parts themselves so I didn't get an opportunity to see what came from where.
The key bit I'm keen to check is that I have all the little screws, clips, spacers etc that go to make up the front end and I get all the wiring, hoses etc routed correctly.

lets have some pics and we should be able to help - I did the same to a D4 earlier this year and have a used front bar if you want that

There is also an online catalogue here in Russian and I think there is a UK one somewhere too - but pictures from you will allow us to help you
