How to remove 3rd stop light unit

Since some of the LED's in my 3 rd stop light are not working anymore, I need to take off the plastic unit at the end of the roof. But I do not see any screw, nuts, bolts... in order to take this piece off.
Any ideas ? Many thanks in advance for your help !

The 3rd brakelight unit is bonded in unfortunately, only way to remove it is to cut it out (carefully) and then replace the unit.

The good news is that the whole unit including LED's and washers is sold as a complete unit. I was surprised that it wasn't nearly as expensive as I feared (£60?) after reversing my D3 into an overhanging tree last year! (It also includes instructions).

I couldn't get my smashed one out and ended up going to the local windscreen fitters who cut and bond stuff like this all the time. Think they charged me about £15 to replace the part - well worth it.
Thumbs Up

Thx guys for the info. It seems to me as this 3rd light is one another strange thing on these cars...but still love them even if i had almost all possible failures over the last year :

EGR valves
Turbo Hose
Air Suspension compressor exploded
Rear diff to replace
Double flush of transmission
Rear booth lock
Now transmission failed completely while towing our 3.5 t boat+trailer
