Anyone have any idea if/when the 3.0 D4 will have remaps available? Wondering if the BAS box from the D3 will be useable with the D4? What the improvements are or may be? I know its not 1st September yet but cars seem to be filtering through now....just curious.

I am sure the box can be used again, just upload the NEW ECU, and send to Pete, he will sort out the Remap and tell you how much , but only once he has perfected it I would guess

Hmm, so the increase in power is more than the power of the Jag hi-output version comes with.....
So its going up from 244bhp to >519bhp = very embarrassing for purchasers of the new RRS Super-nutter
Or is it that it is going to pump out more geegees than the Jag.........
I know which version I would like, but I suspect that would be the wrong versionRob Smith

The Jag hi-output TDV6 only gives 275bhp, the only jag unit that gives 500+ bhp is the 5.0 petrol V8 supercharged, so i don't think a remapped D4 will be worrying to many RRS supe-nutter's yet I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Pete can you confirm the box can be re-used in the D4 please?

the tune could exceed 300hp and the torque 700 Nm. could the drive train take that ? D3 ZF auto unit can handle 600 Nm.There's one wheel on my wagon, but i'm still rollin' along, it's the cherokee, they're after me, but I'm singing a happy song

D4 is new transmission so probably good for it. Anyone know what else the new ZF transmission is used in?“There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
