As well as Woody32 doing the full service on Saturday (Car now far smoother with all new oil in transmission, gearbox and diffs ). He popped round last night and did a remap on my MY08 Disco.
Didn't really have a chance to drive it last night, but just back from a spin and quite a noticeable difference in performance, especially accelerating in 3rd from 1500rpm upwards, much smoother and seems much quicker as well.
Also now seem to have more grunt at lower speeds in higher gears (3rd, 4th etc). So initially I'm really pleased with it.
It's supposed to impact mpg as well a little (Slight improvement), but far too early to tell yet, will update this in a few weeks.
So if you're in the South West and want a re-map, then Woody's your man (As well as servicing etc)

Flack blanked and re-mapped mine (bas remap) a couple of weeks ago, what a noticeable improvement to the driveabilty and response of the truck, , couple of more mpg on a long run, and also noticed more at night time no more James Bond type smoke screen......
Any one thinking of doing this modification, highly recommended
