So true! I managed to keep my Aussie holidays of 20 days when i relocated - it was a deal breaker for me. But I know if I ever move companies I'll be sunk there Rolling Eyes

And the hours thing is completely right - a lot of folks seem to think putting in long hours will get them up the ladder - but they neglect to actually do any extra work!!

Hope you settle in well. And yes LR products are bloody expensive here. You should have brought a 25 year old Deafener with you and traded it for an LR3 Laughing
