RECALL - P080 - CRANK POSITION SENSOR SIGNAL ISSUE
I've just booked the car in for some brake work and apparently it's due for a recall for the crank position sensor.
It's the first I'd heard of it does anyone with access to TOPIx have any more information? I presume that other people will also be affected.MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added

Did you have an issue with the crank sensor before it went in?
I thought they were only looking at them if they caused an error.
Surely if they recall due to the crank sensor, it's every D4 upto a certain age. Big job for LR

No, the only problem was the brakes that I booked it in for. The dealer called back a few minutes later to say there was the outstanding campaign so they'd need the car for longer.
It must be fairly recent because they only serviced it a couple of months ago and there was nothing outstanding then.MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added

Are they replacing the trigger wheel as well as the crank sensor, as advised in the tech bulletin?

I have no idea
I was hoping that someone with access to TOPIx would be able to see what the details of the recall are.MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added
