Rear Upper Suspension arm bush replacement costs?
Has anyone got rough costs for how much this might be to have both of the bushes replaced?. Been quoted £550 but haven't got anything to compare it against.Discovery 4 HSE Luxury Santorini MY12

I have a quote from a VERY reputable Indie for front lower (I'm guessing the same complexity as your rears give-or-take a spanner turn or three) for just over £600 with 4-wheel alignment included.
That's to replace the arms completely and not bother trying to extract the bushes from the old by the way.
You're in the right ballpark I would say. Make sure it includes the alignment.
Good luck "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

The cam bolt is always seized so takes time to remove the old one.

I had my rear upper suspension arms replaced in October
I bought the RRS HD version from Advanced Factors on here for £220, which are a direct replacement for D4 ones
fitting cost me £350 including tracking at my local indy as it took them 2 hours a side due to the old arms being seized in place.
so £570 all in, but if your arms aren't seized the labour costs might be slightly less2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

Thanks for the feedback. I got them done yesterday for £550. Dropped the car off at 10 and got it back by 3. Think I've found a decent (reasonable) indy!..Discovery 4 HSE Luxury Santorini MY12
