Hi
Disco3 SE
for the last few days (10) I have had a very infrequent squealing from the back wheels, sounds a bit like a small stone trapped in the rear brake drums, but as I say this has been very infrequent, however driving home yesterday afternoon the brake warning light became illuminated and "Brake Warning" displayed in panel. I have just this afternoon been out and started the car, and the warning light is not now illuminated and sign is no longer displayed. Any suggestion as to what is happening and what I need to look at first would be very much appreciated.
Thanks Derry

Warning light is connected to a wear indicator wire, one on the front and one on the rear, I expect one of your pads is now so low that the wire has started to wear through, need to check your pads. Paul Redding
