Prospeed ladder problem
Got my Prospeed ladder fitted but have a problem, the top keeps popping off the top of the door, its been fitted 3 times now and each time it has popped of the top of the door a few hours later.
Has anyone here seen this and if so, how did you fix it.Dale

Prospeed fitted it twice and I have fitted it once, I'm back home now so taking it back to Prospeed to sort out is out of the question. I need to sort this out as it is now I have to tie it on at the top of it flops about. Yesterday I refitted it and all was well and about an hour later I went out to look at it and it had popped off again.

Sounds the right thing to do Dale, if the Prospeed boys had 2 goes, it makes me think something is out, they'll do what they can to help I'm sure Altox GSM FBH controller thread

Hi Dale,
Just spotted this thread, sorry that you are experiencing problems. We have come across a slight manufacturing issue with the latest batch of ladders, yours is one of those, we are fixing the problem and manufacturing a new batch. As soon as a replacement ladder is ready we will ship one to you. Sorry for the inconvenience, I will be in touch.
