I agree with the 25 post threshold - but it is also quite amusing to watch everyone slag them off once a post starts 56 Tonga Green HSE.

No Mav... asking people to pay needs to stay voluntary.
If members see something for sale on eBay for example they let everyone know.. that's cool... but a new 'member' that is blatantly signing up just to make some cash needs to be sorted quickly unless we (a contributing member that is) says something positive about the sale offer.
There will of course be stuff that we want to buy... so we need to say so in the 1st few posts.

Like I said as I locked the last thread, its a fine line between appearing hostile, and getting used as a free selling shop.
I think it would be good practice for us mods to lock these threads, but not delete them. That way they will quickly go 'off the radar' but still be available for future searches. If it gets silly, and someone takes the and reposts, then I'll delete as necessary.
If they happen to be selling or offering something useful, then fair enough, we will have to view each one as it happens.
I have discussed the possibility of a minimum number of posts requirement before, and it was well recieved, but thats a decision for Martin.

Surely if people find this site and have D3 stuff to sell they are going to post. If I had jag stuff or whatever and found a jag site I would do the same. The thing is you need to cash in on it and make them aware there will be a fee.
TBH they probably wouldn't mind as they would be paying somewhere else anyway and they have a market that is interested(unless it's that number plate )
