There are 2 types of pollen filter if you are getting one
Theres a standard filtration version and a high end scrubbing filter that takes out all microscopic particles
JKR500010 standard
JKR500020 High end
about £8 between them on price TLO has left the building.......

Under normal driving, in this country there is no way we get the dirt in the air that other countries do. So I clean mine with a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner and replace every other year or there abouts. 1988 Range Rover

Hi,
Ive been looking at changing the pollen filter today, and I cant work it out!
Do i need to remove the lower glove box door/tray or is it the plastic tray under this with the foot well light in the moulding?
Ive done the oil, air and fuel filter no problems, this one has got me stummped!
Cheers

hehehe....and this is the easiest one to do
Open the lower glovebox - you'll see some clips/guides/hinges that you need to squeeze/bend (I can't remember which) to disengage them. This will allow the lower glovebox 'lid' to drop down even further.
You'll then be able to see the fusebox and the pollen filter at the top.
I'm pretty sure this is correct - it's been a while since I whipped mine out (pollen filter ), but it's really a 10 second job. 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham Blue
