Passenger seat belt not activating warning

Hi everyone,

It seems that the seat belt warning does not come on for my passenger seat if the seat belt is not on . Drivers seat belt works fine. It looks like a sensor problem or could it be that the dealer hasn't activated that at delivery? Lose connector maybe?
Anyone can shed some light in this, please?
