Thanks for the reply. I’m sure mine never used to do it but the service agent was adamant that the message and the creeping problem were both normal and was almost aggressive with his attitude. I’m going to phone the warranty company today to see how I stand as I don’t want a large bill for an actuator when I have highlighted the problem twice already.
