If so does it work?
If it works then why is it not standard on tyres?

I think, as long as it contains: nano technology, carbon fiber, titanium, HQ something, and other modern stuff, is maybe will work... 8)
But i am not going to buy and try it.... air is still free over here  Best regards

It is standard on some tyres. There’s a bit of chat about them on the FFRR forum. Some concern about it breaking up with age I think.

Its in new D5 tyres I have it on 22 inch rims they are still noisy though.

Pirelli have replaced the VERDE all season tyre with the ZERO all season, and this has these foam blocks stuck to the inner side of the tread.
Haven't used them yet, but I know it will be a  if you get a simple puncture and need it repairing.

My 22" Verde's all season has this as standard - is it noticably quieter - who knows seeing as I havnt run the same tyres without it
An even if you did go from same spec tyre without then moved to with it, you'd be going from well worn tyres to new, so would possibly sound dfifferent anyway
And, with regards a puncture repair, its simple, they just remove a circle of the foam where the repair patch needs to stick.
