OK, map data looks like Q3 2006 as expected.
No software update was performed on my satnav when I inserted the DVD, so the software version on this DVD is identical to that of YIW500250 which I had before.
This means several things such as the M1 Dundalk bypass, M50 South section, Waterford outer ring road, bundoran/ballyshannon bypass, M4, etc are all now covered.
It also brings the street level detail previously seen in half the country to the remaining counties - this means all the back roads and country lanes are now mapped with townland names.
Things which I've noticed are not in it so far - Waterford outer ring road extension (bit from N25 to old Kilmeaden road), the Carrickphierish road in Waterford (which was finished at the same time as the ORR), the new N1/A1 dual carriageway between Newry and Dundalk (only recently opened, so didn't really expect to see it on this DVD) and the Gorey bypass (no real surprise there though).
Here are some pics of the major new things in it (sorry about the quality - haven't got used to the N95s camera yet!)

Definately sorted the entry on the move?????
Mine already has this enabled, and as I said, it's the exact same software version on YIW500250, so 250 should have done it as well if 260 is doing it...IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

Can someone with the new disk do me a huge favour
Can you try a postcode search in the UK for JE3 9EQ.
Should be somewhere in Jersey. Version that I have does not allow you to do that.
I would be really interested to know if it works before rushing out to buy.2012 D4 - SDV6 XS - Firenze Red

ferrett, sorry to disappoint you, but with country set as UK, the letter 'J' is greyed out in postcode entry. Tried a few other combinations but didn't get anywhere. Checked some other things that use Navteq data and they don't seem to have Jersey postcodes either.
If it's of any help for comparing detail, I took a pic of the area just to the south east of the airport in Jersey at max detail (zoom to 1/8th mile)...
There are plenty of POIs on the island as well.IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

Thanks bkehoe, i will compare the image to see if it offers any better detail.
The version that I have displays all the road names as you drive but will not allow postcode or road search in Jersey. If i get the latest version i will probably wait until my next planned trip to the UK or France it may change again by then.
Thanks for taking the time to do the search 2012 D4 - SDV6 XS - Firenze Red
