| LED lights on Trailer fitted to TD 06 model |

I changed my boat trailer lights from standard bulb to LED, and now the yellow left and right trailer indicator lights constantly flash like hazard lights, even with the Discover off with all security engaged. The normal lights, Brake park and indicators all work OK. The indicator lights ,when activated are much brighter than the "flashing" problem ones.The trailer wiring has been checked as OK. It appears that the LR connection is emitting a low voltage charge even when switched off.
Help!

Phoned LR today and explained problem re pulsing LED lights. They know of the problem. It is to do with a signal that is continuously sent to the lights to check if any globes are blown. For $300 Aus I can have the problem fixed by them. How generous!
LR have build a car which effectively turns all LED trailers into an unroadworthy condition and they wish to charge the owner for the privledge of fixing their problem.
I am going to take them on

Lots of topics on here about LED light problems when hooked up to the D3/LR3 - do a Search for LED trailer and tick the "Search for all terms" option  06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
