Notice from the forum;

And you should then be logged in.

It worked for me, clicked the 1st time and got the 404 error but when I clicked on the link again it allowed me in Chris has said he will look into it first thing on Monday morning as he probably hasn't got access to the servers from home Cheers Ian

I had the problem. Chris is looking in to it. I have to make a link to the genesis site and log in. This gives me a 404 error msg. Then hit the web link again and then I'm in .

Hiya All
Sorry to hear that some of you are having problems logging into Genesis this weekend.
It seems that there is some odd and most unusual glitch with the Primary server located in Germany that is actually hosting Genesis that gives a 404 error on first access but not on the second.
Since the server is not actually down completely, our Backup server located in Sweden has not kicked in and being a weekend and not in the office with access to our full suite of access and with a working although awkward and clumsy work around, we will wait until tomorrow to get things sorted with the Primary server.

Just a short question:
I made my order on the 25th, but BBS Spy has not even read my PM yet. Did this took as long with you guys? I have the confirmation mail for the order, but nothing further (no bank data or something similar).
I don't want to push this, if everythng is ok, than I can wait, my D4 is coming at the End of September, but I didn't want to loose the discount on this one.
I waited that long, because I was looking for others in a german board to get on to this, but as usual, first is "yes", and if it comes to payment, you never hear from them again...  So just one Nanaocom for me... Cheers Patrick from Munich

Do you have an invoice with their number on.
It's odd that Colin hasn't seen your PM yet, yes. I am sure he will honour the discount so don't be too concerned at this point.

I have your PM which arrived in the early hours of the 26th.
I read it later that morning when i got into the office and passed approval to my Admin angels who then e-mailed you slightly later that day informing you that you had been granted the discount and attaching the discounted invoice with all the bank details on Etc.
So the most likely problem is that this e-mail has dropped into your spam folder.
In any case I have just re sent you this E-mail.
If you still do not get this, then the best thing to do is as Justin states.
I apologize for not replying to your PM, but typically I am super busy in the mornings especially and really do not get to do PM's or posts until after work hours.
By this time, knowing how efficient we are here and that you will have been contacted by my Admin Angels, there is really not much point
