MY09 HSE n/s rear sagging when lowered / access

Hi all,
The D4 has to go back to the supplying dealer tomorrow for some 'snags'.
I've noticed the near side rear is about an inch lower that the rest of the car when in access mode- seems ok at normal ride height.
I did a quick search but couldn't find anything relevant.
Any ideas?
