Loadspace size
After a search both here and Mr Google failed, can anyone confirm that a standard UK pallet will fit in the back of a D4?
Thanks!

The narrowest part of the loadspace is the opening at the tailgate. At floor level this is 1010mm. If you can raise the pallet up by 70mm then the width becomes 1120mm.
Not sure if there is a standard pallet size. Mine seem to come in a good range of sizes.D1 300Tdi - gone

A standard pallet is 100cm x 120 cms so will fit in with the seats down.
Be careful if loading with a FLT - tailgate damage likely
PS. I actually put a standard pallet in the back to check

SWMBO has FLT licence so I'll trust her not to damage her own car!

Sheet of plywood, hardboard or thick cardboard on the tailgate when loading. Nasty dirty rusty forks.....D1 300Tdi - gone
