Tank liner offcuts courtesy of AndrewS and a sharp knife - the radii were courtesy of a 200ml tin of hammerite
Guess i'll go and take some pics eh?

There ya go then
If you do attempt this, be VERY careful where you put the additional self- tapping screws required in the front wheelarch - there's lots of stuff behind there that you really don't want to put a screw into
The penny washers will (eventually) get painted with black hammerite - or maybe left to acheive their 'natural' colour

I think I'll take a look 'in the flesh' at the Peaks 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

C'mon it does not get dark until gone 11pm at this time of year, give the man a chance! Imagine having to stay sober until then just to take some piccies
We will no doubt have a demo at the camp site in a couple of weeks.

Any more details on this TFC? Our D3 wasn't delivered with the mudflaps I thought it would be, but having read another thread on this it looked a better idea to go with the "flappy bits" than with the LR stiffies (ooer missus), although I have no idea how to find the necessary material here in France (translation of "tank liner" please, Gurvan?)

Ian,
they're basically made from butyl rubber sheet, approx 4 - 5mm thick, fixed using a combination of the original fixing points and a few self - tapping screws and penny (or Euro) washers
