Injector 4 reading

Just taken my injector readings and No4 seems higher than the others. I've noticed a drop in fuel consumption over the last few months from 33mpg down to 27 for no reason. Car runs well and starts ok. No sticking brakes.
Do I replace No4?
Any opinions?

Hmmm, Good thinking, You could be right as injector 4 which has the highest reading is in Cylinder 5 (Left hand centre) and injector 3 which has the lowest reading is fitted to Cylinder 2 (Right hand centre) which is directly opposite!

My reckoning is cylinder 1 fires before 4, the diagram below should help, confused.com Laughing

Diagram with compliments of Robbie:

It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

You are correct, 1 does fire before 4.

Thumbs Up
I would swap 1 and 4 round and retest before I bought a new one, although my money is on 4 being faulty.
FL2 copper injector sealing washers can be purchased singularly for about £2 each and will fit D3, D3s come as a kit and are about £40 each Shocked .

Do you mean injector 1 and 4 or the injectors from Cylinder 1 and 4?
