For me, D3 is a dream come true. 
Now that I have experiense with it both winter and summer, all can I say this car has many excellent features. It is not perfect but - very, very good.
For those whom are consideing D3 for towing purposes, I couldn`t imagine better choise. There is a picture of my combination in my gallerie, if you're interested. 
Yes, I have had mine share of issues too. In these modern days it is very rare to find zero issue vehicle. There is so much plus in this car that I can handle few minus things too.
