Help anyone in notts that can read for fault codes

Help my 2.7 Disco 4 has developed a problem where there is no fuel registering on the gauge even even though I it's full,I have checked the wires and replaced the tank but yhe problem is still there:(
Can any body help the car still drives but splutters because it thinks there no fuel.
