I have a LR3 HSE TDV6 with 75.000 km (02/2005)
Now I have this problem : on the display radio i see : "vehicle Failure - system shutting down " and i note a lot problems like: door block unlocked , dvd/nav system closing, heating closing and position indicators go always.
My dealer have just try to remove it , for three times, with no results.
I am, also, under guarantee.
I am very worried!!!!!
Can you help me........?
Thanks in advance.

Hi;
It sounds like a computer malfuntion. There is a field method to reset it I was told at LR, which is to turn on and off the ignition several times in quick succession, otherwise, the dealer should be able to find and fix the fault, and reset the system, it does not sound that serious. It should also not leave you stranded, in this case, it also has a "limp home" mode... with your perverbial spare between your legs... this is only my opinion, and it is subject to be wrong..

The error message you describe is not a documented one...
Sounds like a hardware problem, possibly a loose earth (ground) connection or a problem with the BJB (battery junction box)
The radio display does not display vehicle error messages, IF you are really getting error messages, please try to quote them exactly
