It sounds like you have it all, yep just enabling then. Back to original post, I'm not sure about the SDD but someone with a IID pro could do it all for you.

Sounds like your missing quite a few bits !!

There is a rear seat entertainment module and DVD player needed for rear seat entertainment

Plus a tv module ( as well as the other bits mentioned ) is needed for the Tv

the loom the went into the rear amp feed along the drivers side seal and went to a dvd case size amp under drivers seat and then along to the center console and up behind the nave screen. but it all just replaced a loom that was there i left no wires unplugged

Del, it's not as bad as you think if you want it just to display on the Nav.

honestly it was like a 3 hour job. you just replaced the loom that went from the nav unit to the rear quarter. so all the seats out. lifted the rear carpet out along side the center console and arm rest then just feed it from the back or front forward. the loom for the heated rear seats was all ready there

As said, if you can get photos it'll help a lot .. It's difficult to tell what you have and haven't got. Wiggs is the man when it comes to TV installs, he advised me on cable connections.
