Headlamp adjustment.

My local dealer is having problems with the adjustment of the Xenon headlamps on my HSE. The dealer moved them across for my trip to France but having returned the lamps to UK spec. they are too high on main beam and too low on the dipped beam. Are the lamps on separate adjustment or does one affect the other?
Any info gratefully received.
