I'm run the Johnson Lift Rods all the time, which affectively sets my D3 in off road mode all the time. But when I drop the suspension, it goes into normal height, and it still clears the wheel arches.
Thanks John, but does that not put more strain on the suspension components?
I'm getting a set of Compos soon, and the previous owner has BFGs 265/65R18s on. I think I'll keep these until they wear out and then re-evaluate.--

I've had them on for a year now, with no issues so far. I believe a few people are running these in the US, and I've not heard of any issues. If there will be any problems, then I suspect it will be the CV joints as these will be running at a different angle.
