Floppy Armrest

My armrest has gone all floppy and won;t respond to the twirly knob anymore! Crying or Very sad The knob still twirls in and out but the armrest stays down.

The GTR just shows how to remove the armrest, but has nothing on it's workings. Hopefully I can pull apart and fix it.
 Have a nice day!

Finally got around to removing the arm rest.

A cotter pin had fallen out of the bit the arm rest screws onto. Took ages with a hammer to get it back in, but now it works perfectly again. Very Happy
