That's an excellent solution, I'm glad that it didn't fit the old way or you wouldn't have thought up this new way
Did you choose a black connector or was just what you already had? Blacks aren't all that common.
What rating is you fuse block? IID PRO

It's actually a grey 175 amp Anderson .. Just sprayed it with a bit of plasti dip
Fuse is 150 amp .. Only really there if someone tries shorting the Anderson connector G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
