Mrs VA's new D3 is an SE. What I hae noticed is that there is no fin on the roof. I presume this is because the car is not fitted with PTI - am I right?Loving the power of the TDV8!

Outstanding choice anyway. Are you doing what I've done to the wife's D3, spec it up for mud plugging rather that my own one?? Wife does not mind as it was cheaper that the Defender XS I had my eyes on!
Tempted D but a little short of cash at the moment. The only problem is getting the expo roof rack - most of the places we go shopping only have multi story carparks and a very low clearence!Loving the power of the TDV8!

Havn't bothered with the roof rack. Was thinking of one for a roof tent but my wife reminded me that I occasionally sleep walk and she (and the dogs) don't do ladders. Rest is wheels/MTRs, side runners (now well dented), raised air and Mantec sump guard. You could always get Mrs VA a sump guard as an eary Xmas pressie (then it would be rude not to use it!).
