Sounds like the pump output driver in the FBH is foobar.

The fuel pump wont run by putting 12v onto it. it needs to be the pulsed signal from the FBH.
If you have had the pump on a 12v supply for more than a few seconds you may well have burnt out the pump.

I know the pump work by tapping a 12v on and off. I’ll try a new wire bypassing the old one today see if It’s a bad wire

I’d agree that it looks like controller problem or wiring, but the fact you can pulse the pump by tapping power onto the connector pin, seems the wiring is probably ok.

Thanks Bodsy for reading 👍🏻 I’ve checked the continuity of the white/blue wire and it’s good
Is it a known thing for the pulse to break on the pcb ?

Not common, but controllers do fail for various reasons.

I don't mean test run the heater, but run the pump on its own? Under the diagnosis menu.
