Hi, first point of call if you live in Yorkshire Id definately start by giving Pete a call at BELL auto services in york (a site sponsor and all over the site) on 0871 2884656 / www.bellautoservices.co.uk he will be able to sort you out and provides an excellent service. Alternatively but a bit further a field is 10FORCASH (Ian)- 07806 570891 but he will travel to you so shouldnt be a problem, Ive used both and are they provide an excellent service.
To give you an idea of what neeeds to be done, you need a small Webasto timer, GSM unit and wire. The Fuel burning heater (FBH) is under the front near side of the bonnet. I started by splicing into the wiring their (cant remember exactly which ones I did, off the top of my head, can bus and something else....) I then ran this wiring, and power to where the spare diesel can sits in the engine. I then got a seperate weather proof box, installed the GSM controller and webasto timer (some people like installing the timer into the cabin of the vehicle but as I was always going to operate by phone AND I didnt know how to send the wiring from the engine into the cabin properly I chose this route!) and connected this unit up to the wires from the webasto heater and power.
Anyways, as you can guess I took all the info from this site which has some truly excellent information and is a great knowledge base. Wiggs post is here (he pretty much knows everything about everything!)

2 options open to you, GSM & Remote key fob. Either will do the job grand. I had mine done by TFC, never looked back as it says engine wearing on cold starts.
