Engine can’t start and centre nob not raising
Please I need help! I have made at least five trips during the day and parked car at home. When I came out after some hours to go for school runs engine won’t start. Making a small contact sound, I called my insurance company who sent a recovery agent to help out. After checking he told me my starter motor is gone! I discussed with a mobile technician and he assured me it’s not the starter motor, upon arrival and carrying a diagnostic check, he told me the two fault readings
1- Engine control module fault
2. Body control module fault
I really need more input and explanation on this issue because I have been grounded for four days now and really miss my baby!

Have you checked the earth strap - could have broken down
Easy to check by putting a jump lead between the Earthing point and the Neg terminal on the batteryMust stop buying shiny toys....

The one that seems to give issues on later models, certainly MY16 is the earth strap from the engine block to the chassis, by the offside front wheel, behind the inner wheel arch liner.

My car same model year won't start but ignition lights on dashboard all come on, could this be caused by the earth strap?

Oxford-boy has already suggested this to you in another post and yes it may be your problem. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
