Wow, that is one ugly motor.
Doesn't quite steel the crown from the D5 though. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Surely someone at the design stage must have stopped and thought 'We've created a hearse'?? It's hideous!

Just to put in my 2cents worth... i honestly dont know why everyone here seems so anti the d5.
I agree that the rear end leaves something to be desired, but i actually like the rest.
Seriously though it's the sort of thing that so called "celebrities", or tarts might own.

The back end is certainly better than the DG-mobile's rear. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Money can buy many things, except taste.
That grill looks like it came from one of those Japanese built limos, it just looks cheap. But as they say, it costs a lot to look cheap.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

I thought MB had given up on Maybach?
It looks like pretty much all of the other big German SUV’s, from all of the usual suspects (you know who you are!), but with a heavy garnish of hideous chrome tatt. It could do well in China.
PS: has anyone managed to watch the video to the end? I’d seen enough within the first 10 seconds. Enough to remind me that BL had been there before:
