Hi and welcome to the forum, best to wait and see what the garage has to say before you start worrying perhaps unnecessarily. Presumably you have a warranty so sleep well and let someone else do the worrying!!
There is not enough information to give you even a vague answer as to what might be the problem. If you can get some info from the garage, (along with diagnostic codes) we will be able to advise much better assuming the garage is willing to facilitate! Best of luck either way.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Hopefully nothing too serious
The one thing that will help you through most nightmares is a good diagnostic code reader
The GAP IIDBT is the go to tool for the Discovery 3/4
not cheap but its helped me on numerous occasions when the dreaded bongs or dash lights appear.
As you say you part-exchanged when getting the D4, can we assume you got it from a garage?.

Hi, I’m new to the forum, I was out last night and seen a d4 at a junction in Marple, was that you? I looked around but couldn’t see anybody with it? Have you contacted the garage you bought the car from? It would be my first port of call.

I'd say it's pretty clear the garage are obliged to sort this out or give you your money back..

Hi Landyaz, If you need a decent garage, then Landranger services In Stockport know their stuff. Where did you buy it from?

Yes, I’m new to the d4, although I had plenty of people saying don’t bother, it’ll only be hassle but it’s no good living on a might be. I’m sure it’ll get sorted. Keep the post updated with your progress.
