Used to have a lot of issues with my old D3 and moisture getting into them - not necessarily the heads but the plug-in connectors behind them. Perhaps a bit of hairdryer and heat shrink over the connectors may help?
Good luck "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

I was told by an indy garage they open the bottom of the bumper out enough to get a hand in there, and smear grease over the connectors

Thanks guys for the info.

parking aid/camera fault
I have the same problem on MY2011 HSE however mine started before the snow came ! My Indy man reckons it's a fuse as there is no power to any of the aids but I can't find any blown fuses. The hand book is no help as it says that F5/6/and 7 are blank but the diagram on the back of the glove box states that F6 is for the sensors, the fuse itself is ok so I thought that if I take it out it would stop the ear piercing noise until the Indy got his hands on it on the 2nd. WRONG ! when I started up and went into reverse the camera and the sensors all worked but only until I selected drive and moved forward. That was last week and it still doing the same thing. I think it is going to be an expensive fault finding exercise !!!!!!!
