Since I found this forum only two weeks ago I haven't stopped modifying my Disco 3. Here is my progress so far. I really wanted to get a Beanie grille but don't think he is doing them anymore. I bought a facelift Disco 4 grille in the end. I also de tango'd the lights as well. I have replaced the rear lights with D4's and replaced all headlight bulbs with LED's including resistors.
What do you think of it so far? Any honest comments and ideas would be appreciated as I really want it look right

I left the orange reflector strips on the side and hacksawed the rest away. After looking at other people's modifications on this forum I thought this look best. I think it's the case of some people like it and some don't.
I have just edited the post now so all pics should be in the right order now.

Thought I try the LED door welcome light. They arrived today and must say they look quite good. Not everybody's taste I know but better than what I thought they would be.

The image is very crisp.
Is that a standard bulb with a new casing?

It came as a complete unit and is a LED projector lamp. Bought them from EBay for only £5.36 which is excellent value. Looks way more expensive from the quality of image.

Thanks Beanie and appreciate the message. If you are still doing them could you PM me prices. Won't hurt to have a variation of grilles. I'm still undecided if I like the D4 facelift grille I have just bought? I think I might prefer the original D4. Driving me mad!

Can you just replace the bulbs to get a bright and wide puddle light? Without a logo?

Spooky you should ask, I have also ordered ones without a logo for the back doors which will/should achieve this result. Here is link http://r.ebay.com/oZPxQt (apparently it will fit Disco 3)
