Direct 4x4 AluMod Low Profile Roof Rack with Rear Ladder
Does anyone have any feedback on this rack and ladder, never heard of them so any information would be much appreciated, thanks

I can't comment on that particular roof platform, but it looks very much like a copy of the Rhino-rack roof platform. I had one on my Freelander, in storage now. There was nothing wrong with the Rhino-rack platform & it was very quiet, but I did remove it & replaced it with 2 additional LR crossbars to save weight. 20kg platform - 3.6kg 2 crossbars, so 16.4kg more for payload!
I am extremely happy with 4 Land Rover crossbars & my setup is also very quiet, have have been around Australia a few times & on about 3000km of corrugated roads.

If you like photographing from the car roof then get a roof platform a bit wider. I totally disassembled my platform & moved all the planks in a bit closer together, a lot of work, but less of a trip hazard to stand on.Visitor - Freelander owner
