Australia

I can't comment on that particular roof platform, but it looks very much like a copy of the Rhino-rack roof platform. I had one on my Freelander, in storage now. There was nothing wrong with the Rhino-rack platform & it was very quiet, but I did remove it & replaced it with 2 additional LR crossbars to save weight. 20kg platform - 3.6kg 2 crossbars, so 16.4kg more for payload!

I am extremely happy with 4 Land Rover crossbars & my setup is also very quiet, have have been around Australia a few times & on about 3000km of corrugated roads.

If you like photographing from the car roof then get a roof platform a bit wider. I totally disassembled my platform & moved all the planks in a bit closer together, a lot of work, but less of a trip hazard to stand on.
