I have a MY2010 with 6-speed auto and that has this hesitation problem too. There's been a software update released to hopefully fix this for the new 8-speed but not sofar for the 6-speed Confused
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

After about 2 hours on cruise, when off throttle cruising downhill - such as going down shap onM6 - I get what feels like fuel starvation - engine hesitates and goes juddery. Only found one fix - use command shift to put it down a couple of gears and maintain speed so its dowing 3-4,000 rpm for about 3 or 4 minutes. Problem disappears
