A couple of questions please!

1) I have a 2010 d4 XS with a new set of tyres that I want to switch onto my 2014 d4 XS due in march......are they the same size?

2) I have the land rover lead that plugs into my arm rest to connect my iPhone 4 into portable audio.....I now have an iPhone 5 but there isn't an available iPhone 5 lead apparently?

3) my friend is looking at d3s and d4s to buy and she has just seen a 59 registered d3?? I'm confused, I'm certain the d4 came out on that plate? Looks suspicious!
Thanks

Hi victoria.

1. Its the Wheel diameter that is important for your tyres . I am assuming you have 19 inch wheels on your current D4, but why are you wanting to switch the wheels or tyres on to a MY14 which has nicer wheels (in my view) and will have new tyres too Question

2, The newer D4's just use the std USB lead I believe. you no longer need a LR lead ,so you should be OK there. Am sure someone will correct me if wrong. Whistle

3. Very last D3's were 59 reg as were 1st D4's Thumbs Up
 Cheers Ian

Both are 19" but I've just taken my still road legal tyres off my current car to put new cooper ones on but it's on business contract hire and due back in a couple of months, I'm not sending it back with new tyres so will put the old ones back on that are still road legal, just!

My current 2010 has a USB socket too but when I plug my iPhone lead into it, it says "device not recognised"! Urgh

Thank u

Think the new Audio system came in on MY12 D4's .. with the new Nav system...
Your 2010 (same as mine ) has the lead and a USB .. you should be OK on a MY2014 Thumbs Up
 Cheers Ian

We use the apple adapter on the land Rover USB lead and have no issues with the iphone 5s,
In the newer models you can just use the Apple USB lead supplied with the phone or connect wirelessly.
