I have a coiler. For serious technical off roading, where ground clearance and articulation are hugely important, the air suspension is absolutely the way to go. If you are into long distance vehicle dependent overlanding with heavy loads, the coils might be better for you. The factory coils are very comfortable, but extremely low. The 40mm Peddars springs are similarly comfortable, but provide that vehicle saving 40mm of lift. KingSprings also has a 65mm spring pair that I have fitted and they are extremely stiff, but do give you that added lift, which my skid plates appreciate.
