anyone had problems with ejecting cds from basic cd 400 head unit?

YES, had that problem last week and posted the same question. Solution: just keep pressing the eject button whenever you get a chance and hopefully the CD will pop out. Just be ready to grab it because when it does come out, it will diappear back in again straight away.
Apparently, the problem is due to certain discs that are a bit too thick. I put in another disc after I got the stuck one out and it works fine.

Had the same problem with my D2 and thought I was finally rid of it when I got my D3
At least in the D2 the cd protruded slightly whenever it got stuck, so you could use a pair of long nose pliers to pull it out. '06 TDV6 SE AUTO BUCKINGHAM BLUE
