'Catch all' recommendation for lighting upgrades - please!

I know that there have been many discussions on upgrades to lights with LEDs and so on. I am after a recommendation for lighting upgrades to my bog-standard vehicle.

It is an SE, with non-active Bi-Xenons, and everything else as per spec. Given that the vehicle is still within warranty I do not want to be wiring in shunt resistors and the like. I am not fussed about LEDs necessarily, nor am I going to shell out £500+ for those new clusters.

Can anyone give a quick bit of advice/recommendations/links to any decent upgrades to sidelights, headlights, stop/tail or indicators. I am more concerned with functionality than aesthetics!

Many thanks guys, Happy New Year!!

Hi AJ

I ordered some of these 501 sidelight LED's as firstly they fit, they're nice and bright and although they come from HK they arrive fairly quick.

They do other bulbs as well Thumbs Up

Oh, and a happy new year to you too Wink

Going searching!

Cheers Lee, none more available from that guy buy will try to look for some elsewhere. - I prefer to drive on just sidelights for a s long as I can (legally) so clearer brighter ones will be just the job. I find that, particularly round town, where you can legally drive on sidelights only it is preferable to sticking big beadlights in people's rear vieww mirrors at junctions/lights; saving them for the lanes.

Thanks again
