Indeed and when I had all new brake calipers, pads and discs etc ensured that I bought new bleed nipples and applied some ceramic grease onto the threads which hopefully over time will allow them to come out easily and not snap off

Ur so very welcome , indeed always a team effort
Of course not wishing to try and teach u how to suck eggs but the brake fluid needs to be dot 4 class 6
I used this , personally got 2 x litres to ensure I had plenty when changing the old fluid
Also made up a bottle to accept the brake fluid , drilled a small hole in the cap otherwise fluid would be able to enter the bottle when I use the pressure system , plus a syringe to remove old fluid within the master cylinder
Along with that I got some spanner’s that have a built in non return valve but in reality only needed if a vacuum type of bleed system is used
Like the sealey brake pressure bleeder as it has a metal brake master cylinder cap

As a side note plse check all ur brake pipes as I need to replace all of mine front to back as the steel pipe is rusty
Wished to share the bits I’ve found invaluable in case u need to replace any of ur brake pipes , already replaced all the brake hoses including the short ridged rear brake pipe

Things I can think of are
SL6 brake fluid, bottle to bleed the fluid into and a syringe to remove the old fluid within the master cylinder , oh and some tube to go onto the bleed nipples , personally got clear tubing so easier to see the air bubbles coming out
Enclosed the link of where I got the bottle and clear tube from and fitted a pushfit fitting , short piece of pipe on top to accept the clear tubing and simply disguarded the other bit seeing I didnt need it
Handy with the bottle having an isolating valve so that fluid isn’t spilled everywhere , but just drilled a small hole in the cap to allow fluid to enter the bottle

Is there a correct sequence to bleed the brakes on a disco 4.
I.e. rear left first, rear right, front left then front right ?

All done. Pressure bleed kit is great. Not sure how firm the pedal should be

That’s Awesome Mike and so pleased the pressure kit worked well
Regarding the brake pedal I found it was quite firm, wasn’t spongy at all and brakes started to come on after a few inches
Found one of the good tests is to see what the brake pedal is like the next day and if u have to pump it up again would need to re bleed them if it’s spongy
